Putting Customers on the Map
We've continued to strengthen one of Sysdine's most popular and significant new features, in which Sysdine can incorporate maps of a company's locations into its online application process.
In a typical configuration, for example, an applicant first clicks on the state in which he or she desires to work. A map of that state then appears, with each of the company's locations marked.
The applicant can move the map in any direction, and can zoom in and zoom out on an area of interest.
Once the applicant determines his or her preferred location to work, an additional mouse click can launch the Sysdine-based employment application.

Customized Color Schemes for Employment Applications
When one of our newer customers recently redesigned their website, they featured their company's distinctive red and black color scheme.
They wanted to be able to launch Sysdine-based employment applications from their website. And so they asked Sysdine if these colors could be used in the employment application itself.
Sysdine's technical team came up with a solution, and an important new feature was born. In fact, any company's featured color scheme can now be incorporated into their applications. Searching the Do Not Rehire Registry
An employee fails to report to work, with no prior notice, after only a few weeks on the job. Your local manager sheds no tears over the departure, because he had planned to terminate the employee due to unsatisfactory performance. As with any turnover, however, the cost of recruiting, screening, orienting, and training the employee would be going down the drain.
A few days later, this same former employee appears at another of your stores, seeking employment. Is he going to cost your company additional disruption and expense? He isn't, because your company uses Sysdine. At the time of the departure, your manager at the first location denoted the employee as "Do Not Rehire."
The manager at the second location looks for that former employee within Sysdine's Do Not Rehire Registry. He sees the employee's name and the location at which he was originally hired. He calls the manager of that location, and quickly learns all he needs to know. A second unsuccessful hire and another costly turnover are avoided.
Sysdine's Do Not Rehire Registry is one of its most useful tools. Now we've made it faster and even easier to use, by adding a search facility to it. Just enter a last name, and all former employees in the registry with that name will be displayed.

Integrated Background Checks
We have continued to strengthen and improve the integration between Sysdine and the background checking services provided by Orange Tree Employment Screening of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Customers of both companies are able to launch requests for Orange Tree's screening services by clicking on a single button within Sysdine's Applicant Dashboard.
